Undergraduate

Submit scanned copy of valid international passport with at least 2 blank pages and a minimum of 18 months left on it before its expiry

Submit scanned copy of original educational certificates translated to English or Russian

Submit scanned copies of your health certificate (including TB and HIV test).

Provide a proof of sufficient Russian language proficiency when selecting courses taught entirely in Russian language.

Applicants who don’t have English proficiency results are given a simple (street conversation level) English test. Those who fail are given English course for one or two semesters before they start the main courses. Also, applicants who have deficiency course (not enough of the prerequisite courses) are also giving such courses before they start their main program.

Non-English speaking international students will need to submit Three (3) copies Certified True Copy of English Language Proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS or its equivalent any of these – SAT, GRE, IGCSE PTE).

Perdana University has arranged for rental of units at the De Centrum Unipark Condominium, Kajang for students who choose to stay at university-arranged accommodation.  Students can opt for single, twin-sharing or triple-sharing occupancy.

Each unit, which can accommodate up to eight students, has the following facilities.

Visa and Admission

For admission, an international candidate needs to have submitted copies of education documents, passport and legalized translation of all these documents during the application and admission process.

As foreigners would expect, it will also be required by the immigration department that travelers and international students have in their possession n Entry Visa before flying to Malaysia, along with an original invitation and original education documents.

The university will send an official invitation to study at the consular office of the Republic of Malaysia at the place of residence of a foreign applicant (for visa countries) and a letter to inform the applicant (for visa-free countries).

 

Do You Need a Visa?

Travel without Visa — In order to study in Malaysia, you will need to legalize your stay in the territory of the Turkish Republic of Malaysia. If you are a citizen of a Malaysia or live in a country that can travel to Malaysia without a visa, then travel without a visa to Malaysia applies to you. Simply provide your Visa Approval Letter at the point of entry. For more information and further clarification, please contact us.

Travel with Visa — If you are a non-Malaysian citizen, you will need to obtain a visa at a Turkish consulate in your home country before your arrival in Malaysia. Once you have arrived in Malaysia, you will need to apply and obtain a residence permit before your visa expires in order to prolong your stay.

 

Education Requirements for Student Visa

Student visa to come study in Malaysia is easy to obtain. You apply for North Cyprus student visa from the closet Malaysian embassy to you.

  • Once you have your admission letter
  • confirmation letter from university (proof of payment of first tuition fees)
  • and has provided documents requested by the embassy.

There is no reason to reject your student visa application. In all our dealings, our students have never been rejected visa. But we have heard of a few students (not our own) who were rejected because they didn’t get the documents needed. But when they reapplied, it was granted them.

 

Visa Requirements & Documents

Document language:

All documents executed in a foreign language (except English) shall be accompanied by their translation into English. Translation of all documents must be notarized.

In order to apply for a student visa to study in Malaysia, you will need to submit several documents. These documents include:

Acceptance form.

Payment proof of $835 (International Student ServicesFee and EMGS Fee).

Six (6) recent photographs (passport sized / 4.5cm x 3.5cm) with WHITE background. Write the applicant name at the back of each photo.

Two (2) copies Certified True Copy of ALL pages of passport, including front and back cover page.*Passport validity must be more than 18 months from the expected date of entry

Three (3) copies Certified True Copy of academic transcripts/certificates. Documents in a foreign language must be accompanied by an official translation in English.

Three (3) copies Certified True Copy of English Language Proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS or its equivalent).

Declaration Letter or Affidavit Letter (if there is a discrepancy in any details between the passport and academic transcript).

Students who have previously registered or studied in another University/College in Malaysia, are required to submit the following additional documents:

  • A Release Letter from the previous institution.
  • Attendance Report and Transcript or Certificate from previous University/College, certified true copy by the previous University/College.
  • A copy of academic transcript for the highest academic qualification from home country, certified true copy by the previous University/College.

No Objection Certificate (NOC) and/or Letter of Eligibility for Sudanese and Iranian students: Perdana University will apply the NOC for Sudanese and Iranian students from their respective embassy in Malaysia.

This is the rule for students studying abroad…

Yes, you can work but about 90% of countries don’t give student work permits… However, students can work informally and part-time… But all governments and university do not expect students to depend on their possible employment to pay for their tuition and accommodation…

In fact, it not ever possible for students to study full-time each semester and work as well and yet be able to earn enough for their tuition fees and accommodation… Not possible…

They might be able to depend on their possible work for living expense but never for tuition and accommodation…

They can’t study and still earn enough for those kinds of stuff (unless they have their own businesses).
