Step 1 – Review Universities & Requirements

Deadline & Processing Time

The average application processing time is 2 – 6 weeks after submitting your application and all application fees and charges have been received. Application deadline defers greatly from school to school. See the university list below.

University Application Fees

Some universities in the list below charge application fee, while others do not. The fees are non-refundable. They are set and charge by universities themselves and they must be paid before your application can be reviewed.

English Proficiency Tests

If you studied your primary and secondary high school completely in English, then you don’t need to provide an English proficiency test result. Everyone else needs to prove their English skills. Majority of the schools accept TOEFL, CAE, IELTS, IGCSE or English exam after arriving on campus to test your basic English skills.

Legalized, certified, notarized documents

This is to verify that the copies of the application documents submitted are not fake. The basic certification is that every page of your full academic transcript must be stamped and signed by your school. Some universities may ask for further verification such as legalization or notarization. Check each university below to see what they ask for.

Why is there Tier fee?

For the past 3 – 4 years, we have been serving international students worldwide who wish to gain admission and scholarship for their studies abroad in Asia, Africa, America, Oceania and Europe. Now we serve over 2000 international students every month.

Over the years, we have noticed a trend that only students who are able to pay their $50 or $200 tier fees could actually pay their tuition fees after being granted their admission & scholarship letter (if applicable).

We tested to free application system before but it didn’t work. It resulted in a lot of poor quality applications so now we are back to the paid application.

So if you can’t pay the Tier fees, it proves to us that we should not process your admission and scholarship.

So in summary, Tier fees is charged by UniOneApp to evaluate your financial strength while application or enrollment fees is charged by some (not all university) as part of their admission requirement.

You can pay through credit & debit card, bank direct / wire transfer, paypay, mobile money, payeer (moneygram, yandex money, plus 20 other methods)

Can I pay Tier fee after receiving my admission letter?
99% of our students are given admission and scholarship. If there is a chance that you will not get admitted, we will know before even processing your application. Application & Tier fees are supposed to be paid before all application processes can be started. Paying the Tier fee shows commitment on your part and also helps us pay for all the necessary things involved the entire application process. So, no you cannot pay tier fees after receiving your admission letter.
What is the difference between Tier fee and application / enrollment fees?
This page shows the difference more clearly. But in summary, Tier fees is charged by UniOneApp to evaluate your financial strength while application or enrollment fees is charged by some (not all university) as part of their admission requirement.
Can I pay tuition fee after receiving my admission letter?
Yes you can. Some university ask for the tuition fees only after arrival. However, some ask for the tuition fees after admission letter and before visa can be granted. The government and these universities require that you pay your first semester tuition fee in order to receive you confirmation letter for Visa. This is an indication from you to the school that you are serious about enrolling in their school. Once you pay your first semester tuition fee, you are able to process your visa to that country.
If I don’t get admitted, will I have to pay another application fee to try again?
No, you don’t have to pay another application fee in the same academic year. However, 99% of our students get admitted so if there is a chance that you will not gain admission, we will know in advance. Anyways in case you do not gain admission, you will not be charged to try again in the same academic year.
All you need to know about your Studying Abroad schools and countries

Note: The tier fees benefits, application fees and tuition fees are further explained on this page --- https://uni1app.com/application/about-fees/

After submitting your application form, all required application documents, and all fees stated above, send an email to ([email protected]). In the email state that you have submitted the form and document and that your have paid all required fees.

Once your confirmation email is received and your payment is confirmed in our system, an admission processor or counselor will contact you and your application processing will start immediately.

Step 6 – Receive Acceptance / Admission / Invitation Letter

This next step to take after getting your admission decision varies vastly from school to school (even from country to country). For some universities, you will be asked to pay your first semester or first-year tuition fee directly to the university’s bank account to show that you have accepted the admission offer. After payment is confirmed, final documents for visa is sent to you.

Many US universities will ask you to pay a deposit, usually between $200 – $800 in order to reserve your admission spot.
